  • Exchange requests must be raised within 7 days of product delivery.
  • The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition with all tags and packaging intact.
  • Exchanges are allowed only for size issues, damaged products, or incorrect items received.
  • Exchange is subject to product availability. If the requested size or product is unavailable, a refund or store credit will be provided.

Refund Policy

  • Refunds are applicable only in the following cases:
    > Damaged or defective product received.
    > Wrong product delivered.
    > Exchange not possible due to stock unavailability.

  • Once the returned item passes the quality check, the refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method or as store credit, as applicable.

Return Conditions

  • Products must be returned in original condition with tags.
  • Items showing signs of use, washing, or damage caused by the customer will not be eligible for exchange or refund.
