Exchange Policy

• Exchange requests must be raised within 7 days of product delivery.
  
• The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition with all tags and packaging intact.
  
• Exchanges are allowed only for size issues, damaged products, or incorrect items received.
  
• Exchange is subject to product availability. If the requested size or product is unavailable, a refund or store credit will be provided.
  

Refund Policy

• Refunds are applicable only in the following cases:
  > Damaged or defective product received.
  > Wrong product delivered.
  > Exchange not possible due to stock unavailability.
  

• Once the returned item passes the quality check, the refund will be credited within 5–7 business days.
  
• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method or, as applicable.
  
  Replacement and Exchange policy
  We have 7 day replacement and exchange policy; if the replacement and exchange is accepted, the product will be delivered within 5 days
  We accept return requests within 2 days from date of receipt of product

Return Conditions

• Products must be returned in original condition with tags.
  
• Items showing signs of use, washing, or damage caused by the customer will not be eligible for exchange or refund.
